5/1/10

We went to the nursery last weekend.
Found these hanging baskets of
alyssum.
But,
we put ours in pot,
right outside the bedroom.

What an unbelieveable talent you have. I'm just in awe over it all. I hate to compare one artist with another, but the feeling I get when I look at your art is that of Beatrix Potter. It makes you feel warm and comfortable. So so beautiful and cute.

I just found you from a comment you left at A Beach Cottage...

How peaceful it is here. You have a gentle spirit. Your art inspires me...being an artist myself and just returning to it( after 20 yrs. of home-educating my four children)...it may take me a while to find my way back. Right now I am busy creating my Art Studio. Your beach cottage is serene and everything that I love about coastal living. I have a beach cottage too...though mine is not on the shore of the sea...rather I have a sea of grass thru the gate of my back gardens. However we have a beach cottage on wheels called 'the pearl' that we take often to our favorite shores 2 hrs. away. I will be back to visit you! I am now a follower. Best wishes with your Hutch Studio. I'm going to go visit it now. ox~ Fairmaiden

I am so glad you stopped by to see me. My treat because I see you a very talented girl and we live fairly close. I am westcoast B.C.
Just over the border.
I did hanging baskets into pots last year and got a lot for my money! and my girlfriend and I had a store several years back and she made those storybook whirligigs out of spoons and melmac too. That must mean we think alike :)
Maybe we could even meet up at the show in Spokane! I just did a big roadtrip with my girlfriend from Ottawa down into the eastern south states and met some fantastic bloggers along the way. What a great group of people.

I'll be back.
