Like my new outfit?

I have been grandma K all week.
From last thursday until wednesday.
I held and fed and nurtured my
family...I cooked and cared for them, I cleaned
house, pulled weeds, walked the dog and
changed sheets.

But... I am back in the studio,
Yes...  ready to paint and craft and be
selfish with my time.
Do what ever I want, be random and
work on 6 things at a time.

But...
this is me.
 A granny and artist,
partner, mom, business woman,
daughter, friend.

 LABELS

Who am I?

It doesn't matter.
I am enjoying the journey.
Thank-you for traveling with me.

Krys,
What a priceless photo!!!! Love this post beyond all reason......I don't care for labels myself, what's the point? Glad you have some time to yourself to create!

I got to join the grandma's club a little over a year ago. It's an incredible experience! You look so happy holding your grandchild in the pool. And I'm happy you have time to be in your studio again.

I was giving every excuse in the world to my very kind friend Judy at finders Keepers in Marysville why I had not been in the shop to work on my booth. I have many many reasons, one, because I am so busy. But another is that I just want to be with my little peanut. I am distracted beyond all reason. Things that seemed important two months ago are not so important now.
Thank-you for all your very kind comments I love reading them.

Hi Krys . . . sure do wish we had met at Farm Chicks. Thanks for stopping by Ormolulu--I so appreciated your comments! I used to do shows many years ago with Judy before she became a shop owner. She's is a doll, isn't she?!

Take care,

Debi
