Sam takes a walk

We had a family lunch date the other day.

So while adults ate...Sam wanted

to go see the Bulldozers next door.

So he, Gram-pa and Bunny went for a walk.

Thank goodness he likes Bunnies By The Bay bunnies.

Two years old and getting so big.

Baby sister will be here in 9 weeks!

Granparents on duty

Last weekend was a Sam weekend.

We picked him up friday and took 

him back to his mama on sunday.

I have no good pictures, because

when he wasn't moving, he was

cuddled in my arms watching

SHREK!  (6 times)

We go for rides around the living room.

 Climbing between the forest of bar stools.

Up and down the entry.

Climbing, favorite activity.

We had a few melt downs.  All very typical of a 20 month old.

It was an awesome weekend.

And when we dropped him off,

I was torn, happy to take him back to his parents,

but missing him already.

Can't wait for number 2.

Will be here in August.

visitor for the weekend

After we get our tree on Saturday,

we will have a little visitor.

and I won't get anything done

after that.

We're having a sleepover!

The year of the tiger.

A Taurus.

A wondrous amazing and alert little soul

He  makes your heart melt.

Mama and grandma and aunties

 are in awe and in love.

His daddy has not had

that moment yet...I think

he is still in shock.  But he 

will have it...when he least

expects it.  When Sam recognizes 

him, smiles and locks into daddys heart.

...there will be the 

love intertwined and eternal.
